Beat the following:
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Spoon cream cheese mixture over brownie batter and swirl into batter with a toothpick or knife. Bake brownies as directed, possibly adding another 3-5 minutes to the cook time.
